SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Delivery: We ship all of our orders to arrive via UPS in 2-3 weeks.

Rush Delivery: For an additional charge we can ship most orders within 1 week. Rush Delivery must be approved prior to submission of order.

International Delivery: You will be contacted prior to us producing your order about our terms and conditions on international orders, or you can submit a request for an international shipping quote to shipping@noboundariesinc.biz

RETURN POLICY

Oopsy daisy, Fine Art for Kids unfortunately cannot accept returns on our products, as they are made-to-order. If you wish to cancel an order you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

All merchandise defects will be replaced at our expense. Authorization must be attained prior to replacement. We will not accept item returns without prior authorization.

Please note: Customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or cancelled during processing.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

From time to time a product may be damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please contact us at info@oopsydaisy.com or call us at (619) 640-6649. Replacement of damaged items will only be given for items packaged in the original packaging. We will need specific details of the damage prior to sending a replacement.
